Summary: In this Learning Object, I explained the concept of a simple pendulum by determining if its motion fits the qualities of the simple harmonic motion. To do so, I provided analysis of the simple pendulum by exploring the different forces acting on the its hanging mass as well as its radial and tangential axis.
