We invite the submission of session proposals and abstracts for the Okanagan Water & Biodiversity Forum in Kelowna, hosted by The University of British Columbia’s Okanagan Institute for Biodiversity, Resilience, and Ecosystem Services (BRAES) and the Okanagan Basin Water Board (OBWB) more information about the event is available at the event website at: http://braes.ok.ubc.ca/forum/
Presentations are encouraged to explore issues related to the ecology, conservation, management or governance of biodiversity and water resources or both. The conferences and presentations will address issues relevant to the Okanagan, either through case studies from the region or through the discussion of research and practical applications that may be transferable. We welcome abstracts from all researchers from UBC as well as other Canadian and international institutions, BRAES members and collaborators, independent researchers, local, provincial and federal government representatives.
