I will research youth homeless in Vancouver. Vancouver has over a thousand homeless in 2008, and the population of them has increased by 15% in just from 2005 to 2008. It is the big problem for Vancouver to have a lot of homeless and increase their numbers. I would like to focus on youth homeless, and research them in this field research in comparing with those of Japan. Vancouver is promoting policies to prevent youth homelessness. However, there are many youth homeless in Vancouver. When I went to downtown, I saw many homeless who are young. It is not enough for helping their lives just to provide them food, beds, and clothing. I would like to research of youth homeless, the actual conditions the policy for youth homeless in Vancouver in detail, and think about what Vancouver should do to help and prevent them.
