Business Ethics of Apple Company

From 2007 till now Apple corporation produce new iPhone every year. Regarding to Jefferson Graham from USA today in 2007, they sold more than 700,000 iPhone’s and that is a phenomenal start for a company that fortunately is a steep rise in customer numbers. As an example Apple has sold 183.17 billion dollars of iPhone 6 this year. Therefore, the amount of income is enormous. The question is why they want to produce new products with not much of difference every year? and what surprises customers is that why Apple did not provide such a high quality megapixel cameras on iPhone 4 & 5?
Well, That’s the point for them presenting new devices unless in comparison with the previous ones. Not much has been changed and the big part of that is for the marketing strategies to keep their brand in mind.
Their goals are to persuaded you or in other words forced you to update your devices at least within the next 3 years because the speed of your phone is going to be decreased and not be able to update your IOS properly.
The former CEO of Apple, Mr. Jobs always maintained that providing the newest and best technology is worth more than time to spend money in charities. But after him the company is been changed and is bigger now so they have to focus more on their social responsibilities for suppliers, customers and their environment.
I think they must put more money and time in this part. For example, they can set up a specific plan for people with Alzheimer’s disease. Not only devoting money to research about it but also bring some options in their phones to help to improve and prevent this disease. With these kinds of projects they are going to have a better place in society and find more special loyal customers.

In my point of view, for the next step they have to produce a cellphone with a fundamental difference in shape and technology to prevent from being repetitive among consumers. So, the question is that until when Apple can be able to satisfy their loyal customers?
