This is a family recipe that my mom makes.
And now I am missing mom. 🙁
Ingredients
1 Chicken of about 1.5kgs
Soya Sauce ¼ cup
Dried Chili 1tbs
Tandoori Masaala 2Tbs
Butter 50 grams
A Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Making the marinade – just throw in all the spices in a bowl and that’s it! Pour the melted butter at the
end
Cut the chicken into pieces, preferably 4 if you are serving a hungry bunch
Prick/Pierce/Fork etc. the chicken so that all the spices get into the chicken
Rub the marinade on the chicken and let it sit for an hour
Meanwhile, get your oven on preheat to 180 degrees.
If you are cooking indoors, grill the chicken for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees, rubbing each sides of
the chicken with the marinade after every ten minutes.
