When i saw this blog, i am sort of dissatisfied  and disappointed :  ( with Apple. The 64-bit processor, it seems to be a substantial improvement compared with 32-bit A6 processor.However,  i don’t think 64-bit has a real improved performance. My friends have both 5 and 5s, however, it’s hard for me to differentiate which one is 5 or 5s by  the processing speed or performance, it’s just completely same. 64-bit processor usually fixed in laptop or desktop,it needs  memory addressability exceeds 4 Gigabit ,it is RAM! Not storage! How can a smart phone have a RAM  exceed 4-GB, if so, it can work like a PC. So i don’t think  5S can take any technical advantage of 64-bit processor,A7 processor just makes no sense! It is probably a consumer deception.  :  (   The only reason, maybe just find a excuse for Apple  is compete with Android : P

3 When you receive the email or text message from bank, make sure the senders are bank not individuals or other organization.
4 Be on the alert when download the bank software and make sure they are not posted others
5 Be aware of fraudulent e-mails and fraudulent text messages
5 Be on the alert when using online banking service,make sure is official site and fraudulent website.
In conclusion, be on the alert when you meet any dobious stuff.

We can’t deny that Android has much higher market share than IOS. However,apple is the only company which uses IOS while SANSUNG, HTC,LG,MOTO etc,all of them use Andriod. 87.9% of market share dividend into many part.Except SUNSANG, there is nearly no smartphone company can compete with Apple. Such as HTC,LG, MOTO ,all of them just make a loss and continuous loss their market share. However, what i concern is Apple is high profitably but i doesn’t means it will maintain it in the future. Nokia was the leader in mobile phone 10 years ago, but it is nearly bankrupt now. Let’s see how Apple will perform in later days.

Shanghai Disneyland Park will be the second one in China and the sixth one in the world.There  is a highly possibility that it will be sharply different from other 5 Disneyland kingdom and probably mixed with traditional Chinese culture and myth woven. On  the opening day, there will be 2 theme hotels and quite large gross floor areas for retail which furnishes  a massive opportunities for entertainment, enjoyment and business opportunities.  I am looking forward to the opening of Shanghai Disneyland as well since my hometown is near Shanghai(one hour by bus). It is really a terrific news for mainlanders, especially people like me from Jiangsu and Zhejiang Province since there is no need for people buy airline tickets to Hongkong or apply for the permits to the special administrative region.It  can save much money, at least $1000. Further more ,it is a excellent opportunity for mainland children to get access of Disneyland culture since most of they are really familiar with domestic cartoons like Seven Brothers and Black Cat Detective but don’t know who is Peter Pan or Aladdin.

All in all,  i wish there will be a large success and bring wonderful experience for all the visitors.

In the September.2013, after a long-time of battle, Micheal Dell had finally made his company private. Due to the just-in-time ordering system  which allow customers customize the PC according to theirs references and the direct-sales model, Dell grows into one of the largest and successful companies  in High-tech industry.

Why Micheal want to take his company private? What Micheal thought was just like many other CEO’s thoughts. Due to the low labour cost in Asia,Dell is unable to compete with Lenove, acer. Stay in PC and hardware industry which become less and less profitable is not a proper way to survive in this fierce competition.What  he need to do is go to higher-margin market like cloud computing and storage.

I an convinced that Dell can get several benefits from privatization. There is no need for DELL to show Financial status, income statement and cash flow to the public while its main rivals  still concerned  about how to meed the demand of public investors.They may investment more money to develop new product. No worries on layoff problem since it is a private company. However, nobody can deny there is a still long way for Dell to go.

HP is facing the dilemma of revolution in IT industry. As A leader of the computer industry in US , the biggest problem it faced now is the enterprise transition.It’s a company focus on hardware, it sells hardware but cooperate with  software company like IBM, SAP  to cover up shortcomings in software. PC industry is low profitably while IBM, Oracle combine all product and service together like hardware, business analysis service into one-stop service made it high profitable.This is probably a significant point lets Hp to take a revolution.

Another serious problem is lack of innovation.Now days,there is growing favorite of tablet and smart phones instead of desktop and laptops ,  I can’t see ant hit product which compete with Ipad, Surface or Galaxy Note in the tablet competition

There is my solution: change the company culture which focus on quality of products to diversification and innovation. This may help company and employee to overcome the barriers to adopt the new environment of IT industry.Further more, simplify the organization structure, reduce the layers of management leads quick response

Whether Hp can survive is still unknown

1. Built trust with colleagues

2. Set goals and know how to achieve them step bu step

3. Develop new skills.

4.  Get a balance between work and personal life

5.  Cooperate with workmate, supervisor or coordinator.

The 5th point is the most significant and which can contribute most to the whole organization。Everybody should know how to cooperate with their workmate and maximize their abilities and leverage their unique but complementary strengths of each member of their team. We all know that if the disrespect exist in the team, it would probably lead the demise of a group and an organization

How to get a balance between work and personal life is an important factor.A true business athlete will respect the laws of balance in energy, health, sleep, and nutrition  It is necessary  to keep our body in really good condition therefore more and more contribute can be done for the company.In addition, we need to keep fit in long term run instead of short term run.

Just give some examples,Margaret Thatcher was up every day at 5 a.m.. Frank Lloyd Wright at 4 am .I know many people including me,hates early rising since it is really unacceptable and annoying.Certainly ,stay in the bed is a really enjoyable things compared, however, somethings are needs to improve our lives. There are 20 billionaires under 20.Some of them came from IT company,like Facebook, Twitter, Google.I believe this 20 members in this club should be the since they are still “young” and there is plenty of time for them to spend their money. In my opinion, IT industry is become more and more profitable, the youngest billionaires is  Dustin Mokovitz which is only 29 years old, he is the co-founder  of Facebook and due to the 5.3 percent of stock in this social network,his net worth  has nearly doubled, his position and wealth make  every teenagers jealousy. Thousands of people in 20s are still striving for how to be successful, how to earn more money meanwhile Dustin would be able to retire before 30 years old.Other “young” billionaires, like Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Facebook, which has 19 billion net worth and another Facebook co-founder, Sean Parker is only 33 years old.In the same time,Twitter co-founder and Square CEO Jack Dorsey is 36. It is easily for us to see that these IT industry is easily to raise young engineers  to be  billionaires.

“Shanghai Free Trade Zone” has lunched recently on  Sep 29th.It is an landmark moment. I believe this is a big moment since the China prime minister-LIkeqiang has personally championed the pilot. My people doubt that whether SFTZ can to next Shenzhen since it locates in the China commercial center(Shanghai) because it released a;negative list” which announce which foreigner can not invest in this zone, surprisingly, this list contains exceed 1000 banned areas. I convince that to much banned areas will be a potential threaten that hinder the development of free trade.  of this zone since it blokcI can not grantee whether it can be but i thought it has highly possibility  could grow into a next “special economic zone”. Somebody argues that the main reason  shenzhen could have an such speed development depends on the location which near the Hongkong and it provided much convenience. Nobody believe shenzhen could grow into a metropolis after 3 decades, at that time, an significant factor was our mind should be emancipated to do something new which never happened in Chinese economics history. After 3 decades,the same challenge happens to SFTZ,however it is just a beginning.There is still a long way for SFTZ to go
