Four Points Hotel – The hotel where the conference participants will be accommodated.

When you arrive at the airport, you should contact the hotel to send you a shuttle. There is a courtesy phone located at the “Let’s Go” shuttle counter (just below the monitor).  You are also welcome to call the hotel directly at (250) 807-7429.

When you check in, advise the front desk staff that you need shuttle service to UBC the following morning, and tell them the approximate time.

In partnership with Let’s Go Transportation, a free shuttle service to and from the downtown area and the mall is also available.

BC Transit Kelowna Route 97 – Take the express bus from campus to downtown Kelowna and experience the variety of shops, restaurants, coffee shops, promenades, and the wonderful Okanagan lake. If interested in taking the bus downtown, simply click change direction (it should say to Westbank Exchange), and get off at Queensway Transit Exchange that is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Kelowna. The bus stop located on campus is named UBCO Transit Exchange. A single cash fare is 2.50 CAD (note that drivers do not carry change), and a day pass costs 6.50 CAD.
