[Exercise] The Misconception about Success

Abraham Hicks’s inspirational and motivational speech (after the break) talks about Success and how most people define success from material things:

Life Quote on Success:

Success is measured, not by comparing yourself against the outside world, but by comparing yourself against what it is you want to accomplish, and feeling consistently happy on the inside regardless of where you are now and where you want to be. ~ Unknown

You can’t evaluate from outside of someone’s vibrational gap, whether they are successful.

Success is an individual coming into alignment of

their far reaching request, if you ask for a little or a lot and allow for it and achieve it, you are successful.
Success is measured by what you feel on the inside. When you measure yourself compared to someone else, you typically measure based on material things. And if you do that, there will always be someone with more than you and as a result, you are consistently chasing something more.

A lot of people in business ask for more customers, and more money, and the next time you talk to them, if they were successfully at attaining it, they are talking about not having enough time to spend their money.

And after some more time, they are asking for more time to spend it, and then about needing additional people to assist them. We tend to constantly ask for more rockets of desire as we achieve the material goals we set for ourselves.
Therefore, if anytime you see someone who is joyful and always happy, we would say they are successful, because they were able to enjoy what they have and be comfortable with it.

  1. This is so true! Happiness cannot come from the outside. It is up to us to find inner-peace and to live according to our life values. I believe that money is not a value that can help us be happier. It can only bring safety, comfort and reassurance. Personal success can only be measured according to our own hopes and life goals. Thanks for sharing.
