During this term, we saw and study various elements that are really useful to use when you want to launch a product.
First we learned to use business models like the canvas, which is not only but an analysis of the company it it’s whole. However knowing the strength and weakness of the company and also the market touched by the company it is easier to launch a new product. In the same optic we learned how to use other business tools such as the swot analysis. The swot analysis is not only about our company but also about the concurrent company. Finally we learned how to make a market research. I have decide for those two last posts to make a summary of what we learned because I think that we learned in a very good atmosphere a good base of commerce and I wanted to share this knowledge with others.
We also learned about major commerce branches such as marketing, accounting and finance. After four months of study we can say without doubts that every part of a company is as important as the other one and it’s because those branches are going to cooperate that the company is going to be successful.
