It’s important to me to incorporate my teachings from school into the culture of weaving. It was a most amazing experience to create a class at UBC and work with a professor on a topic of my choosing. I choose Haida Weaving and Healing and how they are related. Increased recognition for this artwork is of utmost importance for me, as well as giving it new meaning through my experiences.
