Please note that onsite registration will not be available for WILU 2016.
Conference Registration includes the Welcome Reception. Delegates may purchase up to one guest ticket for the opening reception during the registration process up to and including Thursday May 19, 2016. Onsite ticket purchases are not permitted.
Payments by Credit Card – We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Payments by Cheque – If you would like to pay by cheque, please complete the online registration form and select the ‘Pay Later’ option on the payment page. All cheques must be made out to WILU 2016 and MUST be in Canadian funds, drawn from a Canadian bank. Please ensure the registrant’s name is marked clearly on the cheque. Send the cheque to the Registration Secretariat at Conferences and Accommodations at UBC, 5961 Student Union Blvd. Vancouver, BC V6T 2C9. Cheque payments can only be accepted on first time payments and must be received by Monday, April 18, 2016. All other payments must be made by credit card after Monday, April 18, 2016.
Payments by Wire Transfer – If you would like to pay by wire transfer, please complete the online registration form and select the ‘Pay Later’ option on the payment page. Contact the Registration Secretariat at email@example.com or at (604) 822-1050. The Secretariat will issue you the wire transfer banking information. Please note that a processing fee of CAD $8.50 applies for all wire transfer payments. Wire transfer payments can only be accepted on first time payments and must be received by Monday, April 18, 2016. All other payments must be made by credit card.
Confirmation – Your registration and payment will be confirmed by an automatic email. Please use this confirmation as your registration receipt.
Cancellation Policy – Registration cancellations or revisions must be submitted in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and be subject to a $35.00 CAD cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Friday April 29, 2016.
