Q: What kind of ramen noodle is this?
A: Samyang Korean style ramen. Vegetable soup stock base with chili and red pepper, soya sauce, carrot and, cabbage extract. Not spicy hot though. You can add chili pepper flakes as a topping for a hot peppery ramen.
Q: What does the ramen lunch come with?
A: Ramen noodles, soup, soft boiled marinated egg, vegetables including carrots and green onions. Optional toppings will be available like red pepper flakes. If you get the gyoza as well, this will also be included.
Q: What kind of dumplings?
A: Pork and vegetable dumplings. The dumplings will be BBQed for smoky crispiness. And dumplings sauce or toppings will be available at the toppings table. Approximately 6 dumplings per serving.
Q: Can I get an egg with my dumplings?
A: Sure, just order the ramen and dumplings.
Q: Do you have a vegetarian and/or gluten free option?
A: Yes, an vegetarian mushroom dashi soup with vegetables and rice cakes.
Q: Do I need to make a donation for lunch?
A: Suggested minimum donation is $3 for ramen soup or dumplings. $5 for both. $3 for mushroom soup with rice cakes. All donations will go towards United Way.
Q: Can I donate more than the cost of lunch?
A: Absolutely. Accept cash $$$ only.
Q: I don’t have a bowl or utensils. Can I still pickup lunch?
A: Bowls, utensils, and napkins will be available at the ramen stand.
Q: Can we pre-purchase our lunches?
A: First come first serve only.
Q; Any cold or hot drinks?
A: Not for this event. Just the soup stock.
Q: Can I get the ingredients for the lunch items?
A: Sure!
