Hey! My name is Yannick Gagne. I am currently a 3rd year student at the University of British Columbia studying Environment and Sustainability. This field of study intrigues me because it is no secret that the population is growing, and we need to find new and improved ways in order to survive in the future. Moreover, I find that there is a lot of value when studying sustainable development. These values can include new and improved ways to obtain agriculture, new ways to accomodate urban populations and sustainable biodiversity. I see myself as a person who wants to help change the world and make it into a better place. By focusing my works primarily on sustainability and development, I have become passionate about finding different approaches and methods in order to address a certain problem.
