RESEARCH INTERESTS

I have a broad research interest in forest eco-hydrology and watershed management, with a focus on interactions between terrestrial and aquatic processes under forest disturbance or vegetation change and climate variability. Taking an ecosystem perspective is the central research philosophy for me to study various watershed ecosystem processes and sustainability.

  • Forest hydrology
  • Watershed assessment and management
  • Riparian hydrological processes
