The deadline for students with disabilities to apply for UBC Awards for Students with Disabilities is October 15th . Students can apply for the awards on-line (http://students.ubc.ca/enrolment/finances/awards/disabilities). The on-line process is designed to be accessible. However, if any students encounter accessibility issues with the online form, please contact A&D at access.diversity@ubc.ca.
Only students who are not registered with A&D need to submit medical documentation. Students registered with A&D do not need to include medical documentation with their application.
