Can I participate?

You may be able to participate in this study if:

• • You are between 18 and 70 years old
  • You had a concussion between 1 and 24 months ago
  • You have ongoing symptoms since your injury
  • You have access to a computer/tablet or smartphone with internet

You will not be able to participate in this study if:

• • You are not comfortable reading and communicating in English
  • You have a pre-existing medical condition that makes it unsafe for you to do activities that significantly raise your heart rate
  • A lawyer is assisting you with a personal injury claim for your concussion
  • You are or will become pregnant in the next 3 months
