Full participation in this study involves:

- Completing two assessments, one at the beginning of the study and another after completing the intervention program.
- Participating in a remote-delivered behavioural intervention program designed to help people recover from concussion, over approximately 3 months.
Assessments
This first assessment will take about 90-120 minutes and will include:

- an interview
- questionnaires
- tests of thinking skills
- a stationary bike test
The second assessment will be scheduled for three months later. It will take 60 minutes and involve:

- questionnaires, done online using your own computer or tablet.
You can complete the second assessment from your own home.
Remote-delivered behavioural intervention program
There are three types of intervention programs being studied. You will be assigned to one of these programs at random (like a coin toss). Each program will last three months in total.
In order to fairly assess how well each program works, it is important that you only know details about the program you are assigned to. This means we will not explain how the program you participate in is different from the other programs we are looking at until the study is complete.
