I have a varied range of work experience, but the only job I’ve ever had that I’ve really enjoyed is teaching English. I’ve been teaching English Language Learning (ELL) in various educational settings since 2011.

I studied philosophy when I was younger, and teaching ELL  has led me back to the issues that most interested me as a student – the power and limits of language. This is a blog about language, its study, its philosophy, its shortcomings and its importance.
