A network issue has been identified on el18.elluminate.com. Sessions connecting to el18.elluminate.com may receive the following error: “Connection failed. Direct call to Direct el18.elluminate.com failed”.
This issue is affecting approximately less than 10% of sessions.
Collaborate support is currently investigating this issue.
Sessions connecting to this server have been closed. Users should exit the session completely, wait a few minutes and reconnect. Sessions should begin on a new server.
