Details:
Earlier today Blackboard Collaborate experienced intermittent network connectivity issues. The issues were experienced during the following time frames:
- Approximately 11:00 – 11:37 (GMT-5 / US Eastern)
- Approximately 13:00 – 13:41
- Approximately 14:15 – 16:05
Users may have experienced the following issues:
- Latency when accessing SAS, Web Conferencing or Elluminate Live! V10
- Slowness when accessing services
- Inability to connect to services
We have identified the cause of the service disruptions and are working to update our infrastructure to prevent future reoccurences.
