Random+Beautiful+Important: Things That Inspire Me
(coming soon, possibly on a new page)
Hi everyone. Please add to this list as you wish! The more the merrier. Check your sources and references please, before posting a comment. Thanks!
I came across this post on “Wide Walls” by Matt Randal, and thought it may be interesting. Another significant Portuguese graffiti artist is MIGUEL JANUARIO whom I discovered at the current MOA show, “Heaven, Hell and Somewhere In between” (which I fully recommend). There, I also learned that Lisbon is considered the graffiti capitol of the world and is a significant platform for social commentary.
Also, some Artists who use walking in their work that I thought about for our Spanish Banks day (but previously posted incorrectly):
-Hamish Fulton
-Janet Cardiff
-Francis Alÿs
