I am pretty excited about adding new themes to UBC Blogs. We are planning to add a couple of new themes every Friday for the next little while.
ARI
The first theme we are adding is Ari. A responsive and minimalistic theme designed by Elmastudio. Ari will give your blog a modern minimalistic look and function well on your desktop as well as your smart phone.

Ari also offers a few customization options through its theme options. Such as the flexibility to switch to a dark theme, change the default colours and upload a logo.

Please Note: This theme’s left sidebar is static ( it doesn’t scroll as the page scrolls ) so its best to keep it short.
SKIRMISH
A classic theme that is up to date with the latest features. Skirmish, design by General Themes is very classy theme. Once applied to your blog it will give it a more formal look with its serif fonts. However don’t let the typography fool you. It has a great responsive layout, as well as a header image and background colour customization options. A great alternative to the current Ad Clerum theme.
