Mould in the Blueberry Field
While observing the damage at the UBC farm under the tarps, we discovered what appears to be a fungus mould growing within the blueberry trees. Further investigation would be ideal.
Invasive Slug Species
Although numbers were not recorded, our group noticed many slugs during our observation period underneath the blueberry tarps. The slugs are an invasive species which may require further investigation (David McArthur, personal communication, March 8th, 2012).
