Below is a brief layout for the floor plan of the garage.  Also the minutes for today’s meeting (February 25) are as follows:

-Michael will send a letter to Mark shortly, aimed at defining the specific project deliverables more clearly.  The main options for furniture or equipment to produce for the project are:

     1. A table,

     2. A pair of benches

     3. Storage Shelves and

     4. A large container

Hopefully this will clarify how much construction will be involved with this equipment or if it will be sufficient to supply assembly instructions or drawings for this furniture.

-Gerad and Shana, along with the rest of the team will elaborate on our designs with detailed CAD and Sketchup drawings with the priority driven towards the components indicated by Mark.  This will also allow us to compose material lists for these deliverables in preparation for construction sometime in the future.

-The team should also start considering options for what to include in the project poster due March 25th

The next meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday Feb. 27th at 2:00 pm for whomever can make it.
