Once the person has the RSS reader installed (The Chrome RSS Reader is a very popular tool: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/rss-feed-reader/pnjaodmkngahhkoihejjehlcdlnohgmp?hl=en), then click on the RSS feed icon (not the title “Children Outdoors RSS Feed” but the orange icon itself)

The feed will be added to the RSS reader. The viewer can click on “Subscribe”.
