Business ethics

The definition of “business ethics” is the “study of proper business policies and practices regarding potentially controversial issues, such as corporate governance, insider trading, bribery, discrimination, corporate social responsibility and fiduciary responsibilities. Business ethics are often guided by law, while other times provide a basic framework that businesses may choose to follow in order to gain public acceptance.”

The topic of business ethics i am interested in is discrimination. Thailand have a huge problem with discrimination against the crippled. Businesses refuse to hire these people thus leaving them unemployed. Reason for this is due to a superstitious belief that the crippled are cursed by a demon. Many of the crippled have to beg for a living. I wonder how i can make a difference
