WOW. What a powerful message provided by Nick V. What part of CIP would provide him with such motivation to motivate others? He certainly provides a meaningful learning opportunity for the students during his presentations, but where did/does his internal, personal motivations come from?
I think if you watch some of his other videos Nick talks about what gives him motivation and perspective. Very interesting.

These were very inspirational video clips. We are doing a Readiness Action Plan (RAP) with grade 9 students in my school district and lot of these would be great to show these students. Hopefully, it would motivate them to do their best and never give up. Thanks,
