    Bigger planes means more costs and wasted space. This all equates to opportunity cost, by having leg room we lost more customers.

    I don’t think it can be taught via textbook. We should implement real work experience in order to show them how it works in reality.

    We believe that we should try to follow Friedman’s idea to obtain a “general goal”. To make a short term cut for a profit isn’t right.
