Update: Service was restored at 12:15 PT. There is currently a Connect service disruption caused by a database problem. Technicians are responding and require additional time to restore service. The revised service restoration target is 12:30 PT.

Technicians are responding to reports of poor Connect performance. In order to address the problem, Connect needs to be restarted to allocate additional resources. Connect will be unavailable from 11:15 to 12:00 PT. Update – Connect service was restored at 11:45 PT.

Users have reported that Connect response times are slow. Three poorly-performing application servers have been identified as the cause of this slowness. Technicians are responding. There is a CWL service disruption preventing new Connect sessions from being established. Existing sessions are unaffected. Please see IT Bulletins for updates.
