As a result of the service disruption that occurred on Friday, June 13, 2014 we were required to restore Connect from a backup of the application taken prior to the time the incident occurred. We are responding to reports that Connect is performing poorly. Technicians are investigating and the service restoration target is 22:30.

Connect will be unavailable on Saturday, October 12, 2013 from 6:00 – 7:00 PT due to system maintenance.

Update:  Connect service has been restored as of 22:20. There is currently a Connect service disruption caused by a database problem.  Technicians are responding and there will be an update by 22:15 PT.
