There is a CWL service disruption preventing new Connect sessions from being established. Existing sessions are unaffected. Please see IT Bulletins for updates.

The issue concerning bounced email sent from Connect to Hotmail and Live.com has been resolved. The issue was isolated between Feb. 16-18 and was a result of a mail relay being blocked.

Users may receive error messages when accessing the System Admin tab, creating content, or using the My Messages tool. Technicians are currently investigating. No estimate for service restoration.
