Problems have been reported with some Connect functionality (course copies, item analysis, global navigation notifications). To resolve the problem, Connect must be restarted. Connect will be unavailable on Monday August 25th from 17:30-18:15 PT during the restart.

Users were encountering errors when accessing the Discussions tool and accessing courses. Connect was stopped at 17:00 PT to facilitate investigation. Connect service has been restored as of 21:30 PT.

Connect is currently experiencing slow performance on several application servers and needs to be restarted. Technicians are respond.  Service restoration target is 22:00 PT.

Connect will be unavailable on Wednesday, September 18th from 04:00 to 05:00 PT due to a restart of the application.  This is a preventative measure to mitigate applications problems that may impact service stability or performance.

Connect will be unavailable from 04:00 to 06:00 PT daily for scheduled system maintenance until the ongoing issues regarding system stability are resolved.

Update: Connect service has been restored as of 22:55. The Connect service is performing very slowly and needs to be restarted.  Technicians are responding.  An update will be posted by 23:00.
