We have received reports that there are some issues occurring in Connect at the moment. Reported problems include:

• Notifications appearing in the Global Navigation menu but when users attempt to access them they receive a message saying “Nothing requires your attention right now.”
• ISS have reported issues with Item Analysis not working and problems renaming courses and making courses available.

We suspect that this all relates to a problem with ActiveMQ, however we are working with Blackboard to confirm that this is the root cause. We are also working to confirm exactly what functionality is impacted. Once we have that information we can post a bulletin in Connect and will take the necessary steps to remedy the problems.
