Canada’s Historic Places
This site administered by Parks Canada gives information about Petroglyphs Provincial Park outside Peterborough Ontario. It is the largest known concentration of Aboriginal rock carvings in Canada. They are called the “teaching rocks”. I remember taking a day trip there with my classmates from teacher’s college. It would make an easy day trip from Toronto with a class.
