Kim Beauchesne will start us off with a talk on her recent work in progress; including review and discussion of Gonzalo Lamana, Domination without Dominance: Inca-Spanish Encounters in Early Colonial Peru; Duke UP, 2008. There will also be some discussion of conference planning, possible speakers, the Green College lecture series, and interdisciplinary contacts within UBC.
