Notice of Education AV Services transition to UBC IT

Dear Students,
Effective Tuesday November 12th, Education AV Services will transition to UBC IT. The following changes may impact you:
The print pilot to the library printers on the ground floor will be implemented. The printers in Room 1 will be de-commissioned, and not be available for printing from the computer labs.
o Please use up the balances in your print accounts, and begin printing in the library.
o If necessary, refunds may be arranged through Edna Johnson in Room 1.
o Small balances remaining in accounts that are not claimed may be donated to United Way in the new year.
· The equipment loan desk managed by Edna will close by November 29th.
· The GAA support in Room 1 will be re-deployed next term.
· The laminating, large format poster printing & sales will also discontinue.
