Here is my draft of my formal report for your peer-reviewing and is also included below.

The draft includes the following components:

• the working title and title page – with proper formatting.
• the table of contents
• the introduction – introducing the importance of the problem along with intent.
• the body of the report complete with appropriate headings and subheadings – each heading is bolded and organizated as per textbook.
• at least two of the illustrations to be integrated into the text of the report, complete with the labels – each visual is labelled and takes some results from the survey.
• in-text references in MLA style to any secondary sources used
• A list of conclusions and recommendations
