Introduction
Overall well written, introduces focus of the report which is job burnout and explains some outcomes of job burnout. Some spelling mistakes such as disengagement.
Data Section
Easy to read, and to the point. Describes job burnout without burdening the reader with confusing terms. List of symptoms is easy to follow. Factors are described very well.
Overall
So far the report is good and is on the way to becoming a very well written formal report of job burnout and potential solutions.
