We assigned discrete roles to different team members, which increased efficiency by allowing specialization of individuals for their tasks. Simultaneously, we maintained effective communication between team members, which allowed teammates to assist each other when necessary without too much difficulty. Especially towards the end of the design process, effective communication made it possible for an efficient use of all our team members.
