Robert prototyped the infrared sensor and reflective sensor circuits used in the robot as well as the h-bridges that were then soldered and and installed by Ryan.  He also played an important role in aiding Andrew with the testing process spending the last half of the course in the playing field recording test results to get an understanding of how to improve the robot. He also was instrumental in team communication always checking in to see what everyone was working to ensure that little time was wasted.

Prior to Engineering Physics, Robert was mostly interested in two things: music and science.   His passion for music led him to develop an interest in acoustics where he learnt to solder and create small electronic devices all based on sound.  His work for Agriculture Canada as a research assistant helped him develop his basic scientific skills to more advance techniques in data acquisition and the logging of data for future scientific use.

Robert also painted the robot.
