As a STEM educator I really like the work that Alice is doing. I think it is a great initiative for strong female entrepreneurs like Alice to help build up other women in STEM. As a science teacher I am always encouraging my female students to stick with science and pursue it at the university level and beyond so I am always happy to see coding and STEM programs that are geared towards increasing the gender inequities in STEM. I feel like this is a great example of a female leader who is looking to build up the capacity of other female leaders.
