  1. FEEDBACK:

You tapped into a large motivator for me signing up for this program. As I believe we’ve chatted before, I love to design characters using skill trees in RPGs. Being able to reflect on my career and navigate a new path with a similar manner sounds incredibly exciting.

I will be reviewing your venture pitch and will post a more in-depth comments thereafter.

Hi Enrico, I found this to be a very original and timely idea! The need to reskill the workforce, especially adult learners who are shifting careers by necessity or choice is real, yet it still feels under-addressed in mainstream EdTech (or at least I haven’t seen much being said about it 😉 )

I think your focus on tracking in-demand roles is critical. Connecting users not just with content but with real market signals increases the relevance and impact of the learning path. While it may not guarantee a job, it does create a strong bridge between training and opportunity, and that’s what many people are looking for.

Your use of microcredentials and microlearning also feels very aligned with the way the world is going. Long, rigid academic programs just don’t match the pace or flexibility that learners (and employers) need. You’re offering a format that respects people’s time and reality.

I also really liked the tiered/freemium model, it’s inclusive, lowers barriers to entry, and can generate value from multiple user segments. It could be interesting to explore how partnerships (e.g., with employers, workforce development agencies, or governments) might help subsidize access or generate revenue streams beyond individual users.

Lastly, there’s something empowering in your core idea: helping people see a path forward when their current one is uncertain. That human, hopeful element makes your venture not just smart, but meaningful. Great venture idea!
