Hi everyone! My name is Melissa and I live in Waterloo, Ontario, with my husband, two young kids and 7-month-old puppy. My educational background is in Psychology (BA) and Human Resources Management (diploma), which led me into Training & Development. I have about 10 years of experience working in post-secondary institutions as a program coordinator, advisor, and course instructor. Before that, I worked for a high-tech/mobile company as a Learning Management System (LMS) specialist and as an instructional designer.
I love being outside and active with my family. Iām also a foodie with dietary restrictions which leads to loads of creativity (and time) in the kitchen. Excited to embark on this learning journey with you all!
