I checked out your “AI Protein Planner,” and it’s pretty cool! I love how you’re diving into AI for protein planning, especially pushing for more plant-based options. The features you’re working on, like searching by essential amino acids and personalized planners, sound super user-friendly and forward-thinking.
Your attention to evidence-based nutrition, especially with a nod to Canada’s Food Guide, gives your project a solid foundation. I also appreciate that you’re aware of the dynamic nature of nutritional science. The idea of your app possibly helping with weight loss without the constant hunger is something I’m really looking forward to – it’s not just about information, it’s about making choices that actually work.
I was wondering about the tech side of your “AI Protein Planner.” Are you planning to develop a specific app or software for it? I’m curious about the technology behind the scenes and how users will interact with it. Understanding more about the creation process could add another layer to the already intriguing aspects of your project.
Interesting app idea Katie. I would call myself a flexitarian today. Someone who eats mostly plant-based foods but still eats meat and fish in moderation; however, growing up, I loathed eating vegetables and followed a mainly meatarian diet. During my transition from a meat to plant, I would have enjoyed have this app. It could help me identify meat protein alternatives, delicious recipes, portion recommendations, and similar protein content (100g of chicken = 200g of cooked quinoa).

Thank you.
