I have been using Kahoot! every week in my classroom since online learning started and it has been great for community building! Kahoot! provides students with some healthy competition and quizzes them on whatever content you want. Students can also be put into teams which allows for social interaction and collaborative learning.
However, even though Kahoot! is great at providing engagement and motivation, I don’t think the results would be helpful for assessment as the majority of questions are multiple choice which may lead to students making lucky guesses and cannot be a true gauge of how much knowledge the student has gained.
Kahoot has been another tool that I have been considering adding to my classes. I have used them once with my college student and even they get excited. Once that they hear that is a type of game/quiz competition they are willing to do it. I appreciate the clean and simple design that it has so it is very easy to use. However, as you have said, it only can do so much because it is multiple-choice based.

Hello Juliano,
Kahoot has been another tool that I have been considering adding to my classes. I have used them once with my college student and even they get excited. Once that they hear that is a type of game/quiz competition they are willing to do it. I appreciate the clean and simple design that it has so it is very easy to use.
