Dango is a mobile app that uses machine learning to predict what your emoji needs are. It does this through filtering through messages and emojis sent by numerous users. Although I do love getting an emoji suggestion from my phone, especially when I didn’t know the image existed for me to use, there is something a bit off putting about this. Will having emoji personal assistants change our digital ‘personalities’? In addition, how will this shape language in the future?
