The first part of our journey is officially over! We are moving out of our home base in Amsterdam and off to explore Germany.
Most of the morning was spent the morning packing and getting ready to catch the train. We were able to take a quick pit stop to buy some last minute things, and possibly buy some Milka Chocolate and Harribo ( a little way we could prepare and enjoy the German culture)
We are just aboard a 6 hour train to Hamburg that turned out to be a much longer journey. The train was delayed do to an accident so we got re-routed and missed our connection. There are just to many things out of our control that make traveling so infuriating. Thankfully we met a helpful German on the train, (YAY RAY ) who made sure that we made it to Hamburg and made the the time pass by quickly, also a first class upgrade too :)
