Electrolyte Drinks

Options

1. Blended

Ingredients:

  • 1⁄2 or 1 Banana
  • Choice of citrus
  • Choice of 1 special fruit or handful of raspberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • Ice

2. Fizzy

Ingredients:

  • Coconut water (if available – could substitute pomegranate juice)
  • Choice of citrus
  • Small handful of raspberries
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 1 cup soda water
  • Ice

Directions

Blended: Add all ingredients to a blender, blend until desired consistency is reached. Enjoy!

Fizzy: Mush raspberries. Squeeze the juice from desired citrus fruit. Add all other ingredients, mix, and enjoy!
