Ingredients
- 2 avocados, ripe
- 1 lemon (option: lime instead)
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 tbsp minced onion
- jalapeƱo pepper (to taste)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro (optional)
Directions
Peel, pit, and mash your avocados – the mashing is easier when you add the juice from the lemon or lime first! Add spices as desired, onion, and tomato. Mix everything well and enjoy!
