Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon
- pinch of cinnamon
- pinch of sugar
Directions
Rip kale into bite sized pieces, place in a large bowl. Add oil and seasoning to taste. Spread seasoned kale on a cookie sheet, and bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes. Kale chips are done when the edges of the chips begin to brown – be careful not to overcook or burn!
